Hi, I'm Lou. Here are some projects I've created, managed, organized, or otherwise worked on.

I'm a proven marketing leader with a history of increasing both revenue and ratings. A storytelling content creator with successful experience in fast-paced corporate and broadcast environments. I lead teams by doing the work with a positive attitude and by asking questions. Able to take ideas from conception to successful execution while working on simultaneous projects. A wise leader once told me to be sure and approach my managers with some viable solutions when problems arise, instead of saying "not possible."  I've taken that to heart in everything I do. Some additional fun information about me: I grew up as a skateboarder, and while I don't skate like I used to (I do still ride), it is an important aspect of my life. Skateboarding is about creating something out of nothing, seeing unconventional uses for everyday objects and adapting to whatever you encounter. Skating teaches you to push boundaries of what is possible, and to overcome your fears. Those skills continue to serve me well. I'm also passionate about music and guitars, having played in bands and writing original music for as long as I can remember. There is nothing like creating a new song out of thin air while collaborating with bandmates - it keeps me fresh, mentally sharp, and pushing creative boundaries.
